The Rubys Jewellery eShop serves customers in Greece, Cyprus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czechia, Denmark, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Spain, France, Croatia, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Hungary, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Slovakia, Finland, Sweden, Germany, Estonia, Ireland.

At the Rubys Jewellery eShop, the products available for on-line purchases are only those bearing the specific indication. The features and other accompanying particulars of the products sold (e.g. indicatively, if there is a guarantee, the identity thereof, any instructions, etc.) are available.

Orders placed with the Rubys Jewellery eShop are subject to the Company’s approval. The acceptance of the order by the Company is given by sending a relevant email. The Company reserves the right to refuse to process an order in case of unavailability or removal of the products.

The information contained in this website and these Terms of Use is not a sales proposal but a call for information. No contract will be deemed to have been concluded regarding any of the products unless your order has expressly been accepted by the Company.

The price of each product is the one referred to on our website, next to each product and includes VAT (24%). These prices concern products and quantities available in the Company’s store.

The Company reserves the right to change, without notice, the items available, their prices, the shipping charges as well as the mode of operation of the Rubys Jewellery eShop. For this reason, it is recommended that you are informed of the terms of use thereof each time you use this website.

Placing/Cancellation of an order

Placing a Product order is a binding purchase proposal for these Products in the total price shown at the time of placing the order; such a price includes VAT, packing and shipping costs, other applicable charges, and any discounts you are entitled to as a visitor/customer. Your order is completed when the Company has accepted it by sending a relevant written confirmation, namely an email, to you at the email address you had provided when placing this order. Should you not receive a confirmation email for your order, please contact the Rubys Jewellery eShop at info@rubysjewellery.gr, in order to request that your order be successfully completed.

An order that has been registered and has not yet been delivered may be canceled (in whole or in part), within the time-period between its submission and the notice of confirmation of its shipment. After this moment, it is not possible to cancel it. Payment

By charging your credit card

The payment of your order can be safely carried out by credit, debit or prepaid VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, CHINA UNION PAY card of any bank.

For additional security of your online credit card transactions, these are carried out via Eurobank’s e-Commerce system. The bank applies state-of-the-art countermeasures in order to keep your transactions intact, protect your data and safeguard access of any third parties. Thus, the transactions you make with the company ” Rubys Jewellery ” through credit cards are absolutely safe. We do not collect or store your credit card information in any way whatsoever, so you need to re-register it each time you use your credit card for transactions.

By in store payment

You have the option to pay your order at the moment you visit the store for its receipt. Your order will be kept in the store for the period of five (5) working days from the date of the submission of your order. Otherwise, your order will be considered cancelled. Shipment

Your order will be sent to you after we have received and confirmed your payment.

The Products will be shipped by FedEx, TNT, DHL or UPS, within three (3) business days at the latest from the date your order and your payment was confirmed, to the place you have indicated when placing your order and in accordance with the availability either stated on the product webpage or in an update you received from Rubys Jewellery eShop administrators.

Once the order has been dispatched, you will be notified by e-mail. Handling, dispatch, and delivery of orders are carried out on a daily basis, except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Upon receipt of your product, we recommend that you personally check the product delivered and confirm that its packaging remains intact.

Shipping Within Greece

Shipping takes place through a courier cooperating with our Company: FedEx, TNT, DHL or UPS.

Shipping cost throughout Greece is free of charge.

Shipping Outside Greece

Orders are shipped after we receive and confirm your payment.

Return policy

General terms

You may return products you purchased and request either their change with another product or products or a refund within a maximum time-period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the day following their receipt. No right for a refund or change exists once the abovementioned period has expired.

The return of the products is carried out at your own risk, using a courier cooperating with our Company and you are not burdened with transport and insurance costs.

To qualify for the return or replacement of a product, the following conditions must cumulatively be met:

The product to be in its original condition, undamaged and unused within its packaging.
To have been received, checked, and approved by the Company.
To be necessarily accompanied with the original receipt and/or the gift receipt that accompanies it, showing the code of the item and the date of purchase.

Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.

Please note that we cannot accept returns of customized or personalized items. Creations that have been engraved, embossed, or modified (ring size) may not be returned or exchanged.

In addition, Tudor watches cannot be returned as their guarantee has already been activated at the time of purchase.

Purchases made as gifts can be exchanged with other products and will not be refunded.

In case you ask for a change of a product and the product to be changed is of a lower value than the one of the original order, the monetary difference will not refunded but will be credited to your name for future purchases.

Return Procedure

The product return procedure is simple and is carried out as follows:

Within the abovementioned time-period, you should inform the Company by email at info@rubysjewellery.gr , indicating your full name and your order number, of the reasons for which you wish to return the product as well as whether you wish to replace it or be refunded.

Within the next two (2) business days the appropriate “refund” or “product change” form will be sent to you by email, which you will fill in and send it back to info@rubysjewellery.gr . Subsequently, and after consultation with you, the Company will send the courier company cooperating therewith in order to receive the product or products to be returned.

Upon receipt of the product from the Company, a detailed inspection will be carried out and, if no problems are found regarding its condition, packaging or documents, an email will be sent as regards the acceptance of your request.

Shipping costs are not refundable. The way your money will be refunded depends on the payment method you have selected. If the payment was made by credit card, the money will be refunded with cancellation of the relevant charge. If the payment was made in cash on our store, the amount will be credited to your name for future purchases. The refund will take place within fourteen (14) business days from the day following the receipt of your request for return of the product or products.

If there is a request to change your product, the new product will be sent to you. Changing products, you have already changed is not allowed.

INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS – TRADEMARKS

All names, images and trademarks used by the Company are protected or used upon permission of the owner.

Intellectual property is obtained without any wording and without the need for a clause prohibiting any infringements thereof. The Rubys Jewellery eShop and its contents (including all trademarks, distinctive features, patents, brand names, texts, images, graphics, drawings, photographs, programs, informative material of any kind, data, and software) constitute intellectual and industrial property of the Company and are subject to protection by the relevant provisions of the Greek, Community and international law. Third parties are not permitted to use: the names of the models, collections, products, services, the company name and all emblems belonging to the Company.

The contents of the Rubys Jewellery eShop are not and should in no way be construed as granting an express or tacit permit/license or right to use any Trademark appearing on it without the written permission of the Company or of third parties which may own the Trademarks appearing on it. Any trademarks, logos, distinctive features appearing on the Rubys Jewellery eShop and depictions of persons or sites or things that form part of its contents are owned by the Company or third parties. Their use is strictly prohibited without the prior written approval of the Company unless otherwise provided in the applicable terms of use.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The company is exclusively liable for any malice and gross negligence in the event of delay as regards the delivery of the products ordered and for any information or services that the company itself provides via its website.

APPLICABLE LAW AND OTHER TERMS

These terms and conditions, as well as any amendments thereto, are governed and construed in accordance with the Greek law.

If any provision is declared to be null or void, it shall automatically cease to be in force, without the validity of the remaining terms being in any way affected.

For any dispute arising out of the use of the Rubys Jewellery eShop, there shall have jurisdiction ratione materiae the competent courts of Athens.
