Rubys Jewellery eShop offers online products for purchase to be delivered in Greece, Cyprus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czechia, Denmark, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Spain, France, Croatia, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Hungary, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Slovakia, Finland, Sweden, Germany, Estonia, Ireland.

Orders are shipped through a collaborating courier company (FedEx, TNT, DHL or UPS).

Deliveries are made during working days, Monday through Friday, between 11:00 and 18:00.

All delivered goods are accompanied by the appropriate fiscal documentation. If a shipment is intended as a gift, please give us notice during the ordering procedure as to ship the order with a simple shipping document.

• COST OF SHIPPING

Shipping cost throughout Greece is free of charge. Shipping cost outside Greece is 20€.

The indicated prices include VAT.

• DELIVERY TIME

Shipments are executed within 1 to 3 workdays from the placement of the order and the confirmation of the payment.

From the date of shipment, the delivery is going to be concluded in 1-5 business days.

For regions considered as “Hard to reach” by the courier company, the delivery time might vary. 

In any circumstance orders will be shipped after the full confirmation of payment.
