Returns Policy

  • GENERAL TERMS

You have the right to return any products purchased within 14 calendar days and request their exchange or refund. After 14 calendar days from the day the product has been received by the user, no right of return can be granted.

  • NON ACCEPTABLE RETURNS

The returned products must be at the same condition that they were shipped from rubysjewellery.gr and received by the client, complete and without any signs of damage. The packaging must be the one used for the delivery of the goods and in perfect condition, accompanied by all documents of shipment (Document of Transport, Receipt etc.). Returns which do not cover the above conditions Will Not be Accepted and will be returned to the client at his cost. 

Please note that we cannot accept returns of customized or personalized items. Creations that have been engraved, embossed, or modified (ring size) may not be returned or exchanged.

In addition, Tudor watches cannot be returned as their guarantee has already been activated at the time of purchase.

  • SHIPMENT OF RETURNS

The return and replacement of products within Greece is FREE of charge through the use of the collaborating courier company (FedEx, TNT, DHL or UPS). 

  • RETURN PROCEDURE

The procedure is simple and can be done as follows:

Contact us through email at [email protected]rubysjewellery.gr, including your full name, your order number, briefly explaining the reason of the return and whether you would like to receive a replacement or a refund. 

Within 2 working days you will receive our reply email with instructions for the return through our collaborating courier company (FedEx, TNT, DHL or UPS).

Upon receipt of your return a thorough check will be executed and if no problem or defect arises with the product, the packaging or the accompanying documents you will be notified by email for its acceptance. 

  • RETURN OF FUNDS

In case you do not wish a replacement for your order with an alternative or new product, the return of funds will be executed within 14 days for the receipt of the return by the company.

Shipping costs are not refundable. The way your money will be refunded depends on the payment method you have selected. If the payment was made by credit card, the money will be refunded with cancellation of the relevant charge. If the payment was made in cash in our store, the amount will be credited to your name for future purchases.
